My absolute best restaurant experience in Kigali so far! A friend just happened to call on a Friday and I spontaneously decided to meet at La Creola. The minute I walked in, it felt different. The view is amazing, absolutely breath taking. And then there was this BBQ. Well, well, well. I didn't know they had an all you can eat BBQ on Fridays but I think it is the best BBQ I've ever had. No kidding. I started to call other friends to join and we ended up being 4 of us. What was so great. Well let me tell you, 4 types of meat, chicken, goat, beef and pork cooked to perfection. The meat was yumily seasoned and the beef, the goat and the pork just melted on your tongue. Imagine a passionate smiling chef explaining while preparing this live for you and you can enjoy the food with a great view and live music playing in the background. Everything, from the salad to the plantains was delicious. The atmosphere, the service, the view, everything comes together at that top location. And the price 35K RWF which I think is very, very fair. I totally recommend this restaurant. It's a great hangout for friends but also very romantic and the service is really top. I will surely go back.

Stunning views. The service here is top-tier. Everyone was very helpful and kind, they made our experience 10x better. The food is amazing. We tried their brunch and it was honestly the best. They have soul foods, grills, sushi, desserts, fruits, juices…. you name it. I would also say the prices are fair for what you get. The only thing I didn’t like was how loud the music was. We literally had to scream to communicate. Don’t get me wrong, I loved the music but if you could turn it down a bit, I think it would be perfect. I also liked how clean their toilet is. I will definitely be back.

Excellent local Rwandan food, a place to savour local cuisine and flavours in a nice setting above the new wetlands. Service is superb esp. our server Annick who is attentive and even changed a menu to suit my preference for meat after i mentioned my meat preference. Excellent service.
